Sometimes formal gowns seem to be over the top, and we end up only wearing them once or twice. So in this case, you can turn your evening dress into a chic skirt. Cut your long gown to knee length. You can have a professional help with this or do it on your own. it’s a great way to keep a beautiful dress wearable all the time.
How to Fold the Sleeves to Get a New Look
This one is tricky but cute. Wear a sweater and a shirt inside. Fold the sleeves of your sweater and push the sleeve of the shirt to the desired length. After evenly distributing it, fold the outer sleeve over the inner sleeve. It’s a great way to look smart but stylish.

You can always tuck your non-skinny jeans into your long boots. It’ll look great. You just have to cuff your pants up once. Then diagonally pull the excess fabric bottom of the ankle across the leg. Don’t forget to utilize long tight socks to tuck it in.

A great way to upgrade your cardigan or sweater is to find some cute faux leather (or other fabric) elbow patches. It’s super simple and can give you a smart but fashionable look.
