Drink water
Drinking plenty water daily helps to flush out all the harmful substances in your body. You can also add a tablespoon of lemon and honey in the first cup of water you take in every morning to keep your body hydrated.
Start your day with a healthy breakfast
No matter how busy you might be you should always make sure you have a healthy and protein filled breakfast daily. Breakfasts help to keep you strengthened and energized throughout the day. Trust me, with breakfast comes alertness you never thought you had!
Exercise daily
A few minute routine daily is enough. As you would know, daily exercises helps to keep your body active and healthy. Exercise also helps to keep you fit and reduces the risk of heart disease.
Avoid risky habits
Try as much as possible to stay away from unhealthy habits like smoking, habitual drinking and over eating. Not only do they deteriorate your health, but they also make you look dull and older than your age. We don’t want that, we want to keep our face fresh and young looking all the time!
Get enough sleep
Just like a car needs to refuel when it is low, everyone needs to refuel after the normal day to day activities. It has been proven that an average human being needs at least 6-7 hours of sleep a day. Not getting enough sleep has been recognized as one of the leading causes of heart disease.
Notice changes in your body
As a woman you have to try to understand your body system and take note of every change. Examine your breast regularly, your hygiene, discharge etc. Early detection of a lot of diseases has been known to play a major role in managing incurable diseases.
Practice good hygiene
Keep good personal hygiene, clean the house, wear clean clothes, take care of your body, and always eat clean food. Keeping good hygiene is a measure of preventing sickness.
Visit your doctor regularly
Do regular checkups, so as to detect and block anything threatening. Visiting your doctor should always be a regular practice.
Prioritize your work, rest well and avoid stress
Many women try to balance home with their work and businesses which cause them to over work; prioritizing your work helps you declutter. Stress can cause infertility, anxiety and depression and should be avoided by all means possible.
Eat healthy
Ensure your meal contains all the classes of food and in the right proportion. You should not cut out the essential food classes because you want to lose weight.
Living healthy should be every woman’s ultimate goal because the truth is your health is indeed your wealth.
